While services differ between clients, our goal is to ensure all seniors receive high-quality, joyful care. Our Story
Carol has been working with seniors for 10+ years because of her passion to serve members of this community and their families. Due to her compassion and dedication for the elderly community, she officially formed Joyful Hearts Homecare LLC in April of 2020.

Cleaning Assistance

Wipe down kitchen counters, appliances, and other surfaces

Laundry including clothes, towels, sheets, etc.

Change and make bed up

Sweep and vacuum floors and carpet

Other housekeeping items such as dusting, organizing, and general upkeep
Companion Care

Participate in conversation and storytelling

Initiate and aid with hobbies and crafts

Play board games, card games, or online games of interest

Answer calls, write letters, or sort mail

Help individual engage in community or social activities

Dietary Assistance

Preparing grocery lists and meal plans

Monitor client's needs throughout the household

Assisting with grocery shopping or purchasing supplies on their behalf

Wash dishes or pans

Organize kitchen cupboards and refrigerator

Clean out refrigerator, freezer, and other food storage as needed
Memory Assistance and Personal Care

Reminders for medication and daily tasks

Activities to help aid memory issues

Assist with dressing and grooming

Assist with toileting and bathing

Correspond with family and provide updates
Car/Transport Assistance

Assist client or go alone to complete errands and shopping

Help clients find venues of interest such as movie theaters, parks, libraries, etc.

Remind or coordinate transportation to appointments or social obligations
